How to convert PDF to EPUB

Why reflowable EPUB beats a PDF on an e-reader
A PDF is a fixed page. On a six-inch e-reader that means pinching, panning, and tiny text. An EPUB reflows: the reader chooses the font, size, and margins, and the text re-wraps to fit the screen. That is the entire reason people convert.
A converter that just photographs each PDF page into an EPUB defeats the purpose, because the result is still a fixed picture. This one extracts the real text, so the font-size and dictionary features of your e-reader work.
